If you have Medicare Part B, you typically pay $202.90*** each month from your Social Security check for the the Part B premium. But with a Medicare Advantage plan with a Part B Giveback benefit, you could get some of that back. You’ll either be credited on your Social Security check every month or pay a reduced monthly amount directly to Medicare, depending on how you pay your Part B premium.
